Operation Spay Bay has fixed over 110,000 cats and dogs, and we now provide other veterinary services for over 1,000 pets a month. We employ 4 veterinarians (soon to be 5) and have an ever increasing support staff of 25 employees!

Our main focus will always be on high-volume spay/neuter by following standards set by the ASPCA Humane Alliance Program. In addition to our full-service veterinary care we participate in several outreach and community initiatives to help animals in need. Operation Spay Bay is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation located in Panama City, Florida who relies on the support of our community to help keep our prices affordable while employing a staff of over 30 employees to ensure each cat and dog receive the highest quality of care. Support can be monetary donation, supplies, fostering, volunteering and sharing our mission on social media.
