Our Work

Since 2014, Operation Spay Bay has been growing to meet the need for humane population control for the companion animals of Bay and surrounding counties. Along the way we have become so much more!
We now offer a full service clinic as well as community outreach programs.

Operation Spay Bay will continue to grow and meet the need of the pets in our community. As of mid-year 2025, in our 11th year of business, Operation Spay Bay has fixed over 110,000 cats and dogs, and we now provide other veterinary services for over 1,000 pets a month. We employ 4 veterinarians (soon to be 5) and have an ever increasing support staff of 25 employees.
