Operation Spay Bay has two funding options that you can specify your donated dollars be used for. Your donation will allow us to help more cats and dogs in our community. We believe that people really want to do right by their pets and the lack of funds should not be the barrier. While we strongly encourage responsible pet ownership, sometimes people just need help for the pet they love and care for. Just as well we believe the Community Cats in our neighborhoods, through no fault of their own, deserve the respect to live out their life peacefully by stopping the breeding and the undesirable behaviors associated with it.

Spay It Forward Fund

This fund used to help any individuals who may not have the funds to provide the services needed for their pet. Whether it is spay/neuter or an injured/sick pet a shortfall of funds should not prevent services needed. We always ask the clients to pay what they can and use the fund for any shortfalls. This is handled on a case by case basis depending on availability of funds. Every dollar counts and will help make the difference in another pets life.

TNR Fund

TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) Fund is used to support our efforts to reduce the community cat population. Operation Spay Bay receives an abundance of calls from the community requesting spay/neuter assistance with community cats in their neighborhood. Through our Community Outreach Program we have a team of employees and volunteers who work with the callers to trap, fix, ear tip, vaccinate and return the cats. Each cat trapped has a base cost of $50. This program can only exist through the generosity of your donated dollars. No amount is too little.
